You will have the opportunity to experience Thai Yoga Massage as both the receiver and giver* as we work one on one with partners. September 15-17 - Yoga of Energy Flow with Daniel Orlansky: September 22-24, Friday-Sunday, The Yoga of Energy Flow: Liberating Prana October, - Finding Inner Peace Yoga Teacher Training, 200-hour Yoga Alliance Approved program will run for 6-months, meeting Monday evenings in Plymouth and also a few weekend intensives at Open Doors in Weymouth. October 15, Sunday, 2-5pm - Assisting Arts Yoga, Learn the art of yoga posture adjustments and assisting that is safe, effective, and practical through the use of proper body mechanics. This experiential hands-on workshop is for yoga teachers and experienced yoga students. October 29, - Sunday Yoga of Thai Yoga Mass Yoga Seva Day, Cambridge MA November 4, Saturday 3-5pm, Thai for Two, Find the playfulness of working with a partner learning to give and receive hands-on bodywork for flexibility of body, mind, and spirit. November 5, Sunday 2-4pm, Taste of Thai, Explore the healing art form of partner work utilizing acupressure, basic hatha yoga, reflexology, and meditation through the practice of Thai Yoga Massage. November 10, Friday, 7:00 - 9:30 pm, Partner Stretching and Thai Yoga Massage for the Upper Body with Jennifer Yarro & Daniel Orlansky www.meridianyoga.com , With a partner we will work one on one to stretch and open meridians that run through our shoulders, arms, neck, and head removing tension from the upper body through resistance stretching and Thai massage.
